San Juan County Criminal History is a private reference and cannot retrieve, certify, change, or file a government record.

Municipal ordinance and petty misdemeanor files remain with the issuing municipal court. For a public case index, use New Mexico Case Lookup, then ask the clerk shown on the result for the official file. The elected San Juan County Clerk is not the criminal-court clerk. A sheriff report request also does not produce a certified court case.
